I purchased a Sig Sauer Romeo 5x / XDR about year ago to go on my Sig Copperhead. I noticed it would eat batteries like crazy. I you tube it and read the instructions front to back making sure I wasn't doing something wrong. About three weeks ago was at the pd doing qulafications and when we finished everybody shot it. Scope would not power on. I contacted Sig and they went through factory reset that didn't work. They emailed me return through FedEx.
They received it May 21. I received new scope June 6. FedEx lost package and they did trace on it. Finally arrived. Can't say enough for Sig for standing behind their product.
