Adds Codan Selcall & Frequency Hopping to your ICOM - no radio mods required

Selcall Functions:
* Adds CCIR493 4 digit HF Selcall encoding and decoding capability to ICOM transceivers.
* Send a selcall at the press of a button.
* Responds to incoming selcalls with a revertive tone and blinking display LEDS and audio tone.
* The Senders selcall number is stored in the receiving ICOM radio, and the time in minutes since the selcall.
* Monitors and logs ALL selcall traffic on the channel.
* On receipt of a selcall, transmits a local area alert on a VHF or UHF frequency (IC706, IC7000 etc) .
* Settings are retained in EEPROM, so SKIPPY can then be used on a non-Icom radio, but with reduced functionality.
* Adds Codan syle Roger Beep when PTT is released (emulates an NGT).

Hopping Functions:
* Built in Secure full stealth ECCM Frequency Hopping mode.
* The easy to use frequency hopping option requires no central synchronisation station, has no entry or late entry time delay and requires no handshaking.
* The hop rate is user configurable.
* Optional 7 to 9 digit hopping encryption key.
* Hop band shape optimised for mobile whip antennas.
* The system provides excellent protection against electronic warfare (EW) attacks and can be operated indefinitely in theatre without syncronisation.
* In the event of GPS denial, over-the-air-sync frequency hopping mode is supported.
