looks like a possum to me, ive had raccoon a few times DELICIOUS but never Kentucky Turkey (possum) yet

Never eaten possum, beaver (not that kind), nor raccoon. Need to expand my bucket list, I guess.

Only snapper I ever ate was when I was a kid. One of the guys working on a road gang with me brought turtle soup in for lunch and gave me a bit. All I remember was it was grainy and very spicy, so I ought to learn how to prepare that, too, I guess.
