Ever since I moved from the Chalotte area 2 years go to the eastern part of NC I've been missing smoked pork jowls.. They just don't carry it here in the local grocery stores round here but I finally found one pack at the Williamston Walmart..Couldnt wait till I got home and fried some up,, awesome stuff.. Its sort of like a bacon but with a smokey taste and not quite as salty.
