So PSA is making a Glock clone starting at $299 (DAGR/Dagger)

G22s for $350 all day, but I don't see any non police trade ins going for anything near that. Find me a G20 for that price (the only other Glock I want) and I'll eat my, um, well, I'll think of something.
Here, a Glock is a Glock is a Glock. As I said, the going rate here for them is $350. I did see a 34 bring $400. I'll be on the look out for you one.....stay tuned. Just don't cover me up with extraneous questions when I find one. Cash is King Here!!

Hey Folks....Glockmeisters has Complete Glock Factory lowers for $189.

You got me all excited but it looks like they only have stock on the 17.

You come across a stock gen 4 34 for $400 or less, let a brother know...

After GW1 in 91', I was working with the USBP down in El Paso and Yuma doing counter drug interdiction (JFT6). I remember they were able to buy NIB Glock 17/19s for $125 LE price. I bought a Smith M19 4" off one of the Agents.

I am almost certain that was JTF6. (Joint Task Force 6) Why the heck did they need a diver for that?

Yeap, JTF6. My whole SF company went down there for 3-4 months. Guess what the primary mission is of dive teams? Strategic Reconnaissance. So, I know how to hide unobserved in the deserts and report.

Gen 4s here are the absolute cheapest. All around here prefer any But the 4. @Geezer can tell you why. He's our G Guy.

Now that he’s finally out of the closet, maybe he’ll stop buying nice older Smiths trying to pretend otherwise. ;)

No.

Not with PSA. Sorry

Was ALMOST on the AK-V bandwagon until a friend started putting a bunch of rounds through a new one recently and had a multitude of issues: top cover coming loose with the rear trunion eating into it, misshaped extractor causing tons of FTEs, extremely soft cast front hand guard pin sheared off and to top it off the magwell cuts are razor sharp

That’s unfortunate to hear. A friend and I each got one recently and put several hundred rounds through them last week. No issues at all and it ate everything I put in it. I will agree with you on those magwell cuts. They are WAY too sharp, they should have rounded those off.

Im the same. The gen 4 is the redheaded step child of glock. Many reasons, but my biggest is the trigger mechanism housing being shortened. Makes for much movement after firing pin release causing "aftershock" which leads to worse accuracy.

Not sure I saw it mentioned...

March timeframe for the release date.

Hadn’t seen this one asked before, and thought some of you might be interested in the answer.

If compare the frame with a Glock and P80, look at the locking block pins. Second locking block pin above forward trigger guard bow.

Yeah, no doubt they're using the Polymer80-based locking block-and-rails mechanism. 80% Arms is using the same thing for their 80% Glocks, I believe.

Figured some here might be interested in this info...

We have put countless hours of research, design and testing into our latest offering, and we look forward to its debut.

Current world events have taken a toll on industries of every kind, and ours is no exception.

We have taken extensive measures to keep our team and families healthy and safe during this time, and that has required some readjustments internally.

We expect no different from those with whom we do business. Safety and security should be top priority for all of us at this time. Current events are putting a halt on supply chains everywhere. We have been told by our suppliers to expect a minimum 2 -3 week delay on receiving the last of the parts we need to get the Dagger into its final phases. This means we have to expect the release date of the Dagger to follow accordingly.

While we initially hoped for a release in late March or early April, it is our approximation that the Dagger's release will now come in early May 2020. Should this timeline change, we will provide those details here. The release of the Dagger is our most anticipated event right now. Its delay is as disappointing for us as we know it is for you, but we promise to make it worth it.

We appreciate your understanding.

That looks so similar to the Naroh N1 Pro (Sig p365 clone) that I bought a few weeks ago. The slide cuts and the stippling are spot on... And they are the same price point...

I wonder if Naroh is milling all the parts and assembling the Dagger for PSA.

If that's true, I would not buy the Dagger without reading a lot of reviews first. Don't assume that a Glock clone will also come with a Glock reputation for perfection.

I took my Naroh N1 Pro to the range, and its a $300 turd...

Remember our SCCY tests??? Best inexpensive gun we have ever tested here. 2 guns right from the box, 1,200 rounds through first one without ONE problem, SOLD to a shooter on the range! Number 2 900 rounds same result as the other including sale. $169

Do you have a source on this?

Looks like they need to hire some more employees.

So they're claiming they're making

1> Several new AK's
2> an MP5 clone
3> That "JACKL" thing
4> Glocks?

Keep in mind the Mp5 was "revealed" in 2018. The AK's they're showing this year at Shot were also "revealed" last year at Shot. Maybe in 2022 we'll have the Jackl and the Glocks.
I’d buy the Jakal upper to toss on a lower

Men, we buy Glocks in S.C. with only a handshake and a S.C. DL for $350 All The Time. That's about as Ghostly as you can get.
Where are these $350 glocks???? Now if you are talking a beat to shit police issue glock 40 I would not be surprised. But if you are talking a new one I need to know who they are and get a couple coming to my ffl.

Evidently they had a live-streamed Q&A in the last day or two. Somebody posted this on ARF:

Cliffnotes from Q&A:

-Waiting on sights before they can produce a final product. Base models will only be ready after the parts arrive (which is most optimistically in 2-3 weeks). Probably end of month for parts arriving, then pistols after.
-Stripped frame. $99. Will also come with locking block and rear rail, as they are proprietary parts.
-All other parts are interchangeable with Gen 3 Glock. They have hammer forged threaded barrels, which will go on the nicer variants. Night sight options (Truglo) as well.
-Planning on four models of pistol in different grades.
-Base model. $299. 3 dot metal sights, nitride/PVD/DLC coating.
-$349 for threaded suppressor ready model. Note that the threaded version isn’t the same as the RMR version.
-RMR cut model. Believe its also $349? Will come out minimum 3 weeks after Base Model.
-Modular optic model coming for non-RMR optics.
-Duty grade model. Specs not final.
-No preorders.
-Parts kits are in development. 80% lowers will be integrated down the road but big legal concerns.
-Working on compact slide and frame variants. Dagger long slide,19x, compact, full size, etc. Looking at 3rd QTR for those variants.
-Working with competition parts such as porting, slide cuts.
-Working on different colors. FDE is moving forward, probably by late summer. OD green is next.
-Not CA legal.
-22.4oz empty.
