Maybe Im out of the loop but I havent seen or heard anything about this in a while.

Was no info released? No video? Are the families are of the victims just up sh*t creek as far as finding out why this guy killed their loved ones?

Are people not pissed and demanding info be released? Seems really fishy to me that a mass shooting that had so much wrong and false info thrown on the news over the first few days, just vanished?
 
An attorney for the victims was on Tucker Carlson's show this past week and stated that the FBI has tons of video from the shooting and before, but will not be releasing any of it or issuing any reports prior to Oct 1 2018. o_O

 
I would imagine that the shear volume of evidence would be overwhelming. Then you add the aspect of it being Vegas were leaks will get you more than just fired. You have the perfect storm for what seems like a very hush hush investigation.
 
Does anybody have the number of rounds fired by the bad guy, just curious.

Very strange pictures in that report. The upper bullet strike on that fuel tank is one of the strange pics. It's at the very top under the over hang lip of the tank. That's a tough spot to get a round to hit there from a 600 - 700 foot elevation at 700 yards distance. I guess it's possible. Also the many of the rifles laying around everywhere have their bi-pods deployed yet there is no discernible shooting platform to be seen in any of the pics. The broken door in one of the pics appears to have bullet holes that originated from outside the door and not from the inside. Some of the wording in the text of the document is written to sound as an explanation of "why" instead of just a presentation of facts. The section detailing the security guard's trip to Mexico immediately after the shooting is one example that resembles an explanation for his action instead of just a fact. Strange story indeed.

Edit: Correction on my elevation figure above. 350 - 400 ft. elevation would be the correct estimate, not 600 - 700 ft.

That entire thing is just crazy... Talk about fueling a conspiracy fire. One of the best comments I read was:

The guy has 9 shotguns and 10 handguns and 6 rifles found at his homes; but he brings a single 5 shot .38 caliber revolver, no shotguns and 18 rifles to the room. According to the report 6 of those chosen rifles didn’t even have sights of any type.

That is one item that reinforces my thought that this may be a simple case of an insane man committing this horrible act. The man was a multi-millionaire yet he chose to run a cpap hose across two rooms with a snorkel mouthpiece taped to one end and a fan on the other? He could have easily afforded to equip himself much more effectively both defensively, and offensively. One would think a wealthy evil diabolical homicidal maniac would have planned this much better. But maybe his dementia was so severe that it interfered with his ability execute his mayhem effectively.
 
A couple possibilities. The guard was actually an accomplice. Illegal alien too. He was not licensed, as required by state law, to do the job he was supposedly at the hotel to do.
The dude had a handler at his side for that appearance with Ellen Degenerate.

Hell, the FBI will have lost everything by then. Hillary was asked, she said "At this point in time what difference does it make?"
 
I thought I'd post one more comment on this fiasco before letting it die here.

All anyone has to do to reach the conclusion that there is a major cover-up going on with this ridiculous story is to just look at what is going on with the FBI, the BATFE, the DOJ, etc.... the past 8 years or so. Especially recently with this pathetic Russian story.

Paddock was in that room with 18 or so rifles, many of which had no sights or optics installed, and many were pictured with the bipods deployed and no shooting platform was evident.

This whole story is BS. If I ran into someone involved in the investigation of this mass murder, this is exactly what I'd say, and it would be sweet if it was on national television:


 
Yep, I don't completely buy the he was just a wacko story. Now of course he had to be a wacko to do what he did, but IMO he was somebody's wacko or some cause's wacko. Most likely either on the left, or somehow associated with their cause. He (they) went to a lot of trouble to target that venue and crowd. If he was simply wacko he could have stayed at any casino, in any room, taken the elevator down stairs ad started spraying bullets. Or something similar at dozens of other spots in Vegas. That spot was targeted for a reason.
 
A year to get their story straight???????

The only time it takes someone that long to get a story straight is when they are planning one hell of a lie, or they are being told what to do. Either way, delaying getting accurate facts out within a reasonable time has produced a preponderance of conspiracy theories and hearsay. No matter what they release now, it is unlikely that many will give it much credence. Just my two...... I know when people can't answer questions (...and it is their job to answer questions), I get a little disappointed in their ability and have little faith in what they tell me going forward.
 
The truth is we will never know why he did it, they can 'investigate' until the end of time, the reason died with him.
 
I have a feeling we'll still know next to nothing come October. Everything about this stinks to high heaven. In one breath, they're speaking about his meticulous planning and then in the other he's a deranged mad man.

While looking for the round count, I came across two recent articles about potential charges coming in connection to the shooting:

I just noticed that the sheriff (Joseph Lombardo) and the victims' attorney (Catherine Lombardo) on Tucker have the same last name. Curious if there's any relation.
 
I personally think the child porn reference is completely immaterial and has nothing to do with this case. I'm not certain and obviously have no proof but it seems to me the authorities are playing on the public's sympathy and relying on the sick and perverted subject of child porn to sway the public's opinion of Paddock.

I know, it's not hard to sway the public to hate a man who murdered 58 people. That is true if he really did so or did so alone. There's not a shred of evidence that proves he didn't commit this crime alone...... and there's not a shred of evidence presented to us so far, that proves that he did commit this crime, alone or otherwise.

The way things don't add up, the way the so called investigation has gone, etc, cause me to not rule out the idea of him being a patsy. If the agenda is to push for gun control / restrictions his socio-economic and racial background would be irrelevant. In fact, given his alleged background he may have been someone that others wanted gone, making him expendable. As far as the gun control angle goes, some locations have already taken things to a new level by outlawing here to lawful accessories and issued confiscation orders. Like I said previously, this reads too much like Enemies Foreign and Domestic.
 
I heard the CT dept of public safety and coverups were training the LV police on how to redact entire servers full of video footage from the hotel feed. It will be worse than japanese porno with all the blacked out faces

Somehow I can see that. There are a bunch of rich people in those videos that are relying on what happens in Vegas staying in Vegas. I think you stumbled on to why we haven't seen any video yet.
