Picked up a sodbuster jr today, in yellow. My dad carried one just like it and lost it a few years before he passed, I came across this one today on sale at a local mom and pop hardware store for 20.00. It's not an expensive knife and wont replace either of my benchmade 4300's, but I love a case knife. This one will get sharpened like my dads was and live most of its life with the rest of my case knifes, but it's going to get toted some.

I love the sod buster jr. one rests in my pocket daily as my food cuttin knife. Since my primary could have who knows what on the blade at any given time:rolleyes::D

I typically use one knife for everything and just wipe it off with my shirt, pants, ect....

I get that. But sometimes I end up with glue, tar, tape, etc. on my EDC with a pocket clip.

So, since I love my sodbuster jr. so much. It stays in my pocket specifically for cutting of food:)

I work far enough from any store that we all bring lunch to work. So it's perfect for when i or someone on my crew brings enough food to share. It's nice to have a sharp, clean knife at the ready to divvy it out lol
