Soft Pretzels Anyone ?

I’ve made a cast iron pretzel with beer cheese in the middle. Once. The pretzel process overwhelmed this amateur. Maybe I’ll create one again. It was good.

Yes but without the rando guy and the street corner. Not that I have anything against street food. A there is nothing better than a good dirty water dog, halal cart or soft pretzel as you empty out of the bar after a good evening. LOL
 
Yum, they look amazing. I need to add this to my repertoire of delicious home-made goodies.
 
I had a craving for these the other day. I ordered the malt yeast and can't wait for it to arrive.

The malt and then the baking soda water bath make a huge difference! Post pics when you make a batch!
