SOLVED!! Tech Question: Where to go for help?????

HA! Figured it out. ..

Boiled down, can anyone tell me what to do or where to go here? I recognize a gun forum is not the most productive place for this, but some of you do this for a living, and I deep sixxed my Facebook account.

Never mind. It was stupidly intuitive. I am an idiot! You just enter the original as a decimal, and format the cell to display in fractions, and the whole thing becomes actually elegant, displays and calculates perfectly!!!! I just could not "see" it last night fussing and fretting about it.
