Sourcing Bulk 9mm for a class?

Win White box brass 115 graain. Total cost for 500 was 138, including sales tax and shipping. On AmmoSeek once something is out it is removed. A store just had Aguila at .21 but that disappeared fast.

[Mods - if this is in the wrong place, please move]

I'm working with some folks on a class in Raleigh at the end of July, and we need to find ammo for out of towners flying in.

I appreciate any pointers to local dealers (or non-local)? I'm looking for up to 21,000 rounds of 9mm

Thanks

came across these guys currently out of stock but they do bulk 25,000 round pallets.

It’s reman, for what that’s worth.

yes but you’ll never source 20,000 rounds of new stuff any time soon. This panic buying happened after Sandy Hook and took a good 1-1.5 years to get back to normal. Target Sports can’t get a quarter of that at a time and they sell millions of rounds a month I would guess.

To be fair, this stuff isn’t in stock either.

Again, thanks, folks, for the pointers.

I've been using Ammoseek since my days in CommieFornia, where the local retailers refused to sell in bulk and shipping across state lines was legal and cheaper than local sales taxes.

I also used Ammoseek to score another 2 cases for attendees.

@int4me, I appreciate the link to a 25K Bite the Bullet, and I'll keep that in mind for our October class. Personally, I have little faith in remanufactured rounds - my last purchase was running around 7% fail-to-fire. Although it's never happened to me (yet), my big fear is not noticing a squib when rapid firing...

I've always been partial to gunbot.net.

But I can't say that it's better or worse than Ammoseek.

I just set up price alerts on wikiarms and they email me when a deal pops up. It's hella less waste of time when I could be browsing porn sites instead

By the time you get an alert and react to it are the 'deals' still available? I've not used that before (the alert function ;)).

It's the speed of email, I assume as soon as it gets posted. I get them on my phone and click on it. Sometimes theyre sold out

Fellow escapee

I don't have any in stock to sell either..they are .05 cents a round.
Our noses are quite calloused already. You wanna take a break?

:p
Blatantly plagiarized from my Grandpa’s joke...

Woman asks the fruit vendor the price of bananas. He responds, “10 cents a pound”.

Woman screeches, “That’s outrageous! The vendor across the street only charges 8 cents.”

Vendor asks why she didn’t buy them from the across the street guy. She answers, “He doesn’t have any.”

Vendor finishes the discussion with, “When I don’t have any, mine are only a nickel.”

Ba-dum-bump. :D
