SpaceX Flight ... Would You Go?

Would you go on this SpaceX flight if you had the chance?

  • Yes, the risk is worth it

  • No, ain't no way I’d risk it

  • Depends on when you ask because I remember the past problems with the Falcons

  • LMAO ... are you freakin’ crazy?

While SpaceX has had success with unmanned flights to the ISS would you board today’s launch, light the candle and ride that rocket into space?

I’m flipping back and forth watching the SpaceX coverage and my wife, who I will admit has an uncanny knack for being on the mark, keeps shaking her head saying this isn’t going to end well. She can’t say why ... launch problem ... docking with the ISS problem ... reentry/splashdown problem ... but she just says something just doesn’t feel right. I thought I’d do it with no second thoughts but her “woman’s intuition” would now make me think twice ...

Sign me up. If it did go south, it wouldn't hurt but a second.
seems to be the right answer for me too.
if things go wrong, you're not gonna feel much for long at 17,000mph. if you have indications that things are going wrong, they won't likely be long lasting indications.

I’m in! Send me! Hell, I’d volunteer for that one way trip to Mars they talked about a few years ago.as long as I could take my dog lol

No way I’d agree to be a Musk Rat.

Yep I'd go, see you guys on the other side.

My father had applied for the Challenger seat, college professor and NASA physicist, he’d probably still go, but not for me.

I can come up with a long list in a short amount of time for people I would like to send on a one way lawn dart mission.

I've always been a behind the scenes guy, would have liked to be on a Hubble repair mission.

For 3 months???? Unless they had one hell of a bar on board. Has to be one if not the biggest rushes you could have.

Absolutely.

And as Mars was mentioned, again, absolutely. We all have to die sometime. May as well be while attempting something amazing.

Did we not do the same thing 60 years ago, strap a couple guy to a rocket and send them into earth ordit.............not much has advanced IMO.

Only if I don't have to do any physical "training", cuz I'd sure fail at that...

For me, if I were single, without a family or loved ones to care for, yes.

At one time I seriously considered doing a stint in Antarctica.

Too bad Andy Griffith isn't still with us.

I think he would have smiled at the successful launch of this privately developed and owned rocket!

I wish I coulda caught a ride on that red Tesla Roadster they shot into space awhile back, in hindsight.
