I'm guessing the show at the VFW was a Six Shooters show, different from this.

This show is put on by the NC Gun Collectors' Assoc, not the usual promoters like C&E and 6-Shooter. Typically has a lot of antique items, militaria and private collection sales, in addition to the usual.
