Stop the stupidity ... Now!!

Well, she may have been running her mouth and people got offended by what she is saying. I have a feeling that is what happened based on reading the article.

I'm going to guess that she said something that was not received well by her coworkers.

Hopefully she will hire a good lawyer and settle for big $
Female and over 40 make out really well when terminated without prior documented history of breaking company policy.

It wouldn't surprise me if she had only been defending herself verbally after being accosted verbally by coworkers. Being an HR director and all, that would cover the "many employees who no longer felt comfortable engaging with her." part...
But she could be a piece of dog squeeze too, who knows?

Interesting. I just replaced it with one from another site. The first one was from a site called college conservative.

I bet the board heard of the potential harm to their company by this lady’s presence in the workforce and decided under the current political drama the firing was the most cost effective solution to a potentially volatile uprising.

Looks like GA is an at will state. They can fire her for whatever reason (or no reason) they want as long as it isn't because of the protected class stuff.

So her right to free speech and defending her family's name, means less that a bunch of panty waste liberals that got their feelings hurt over something that had nothing to do with them. And their opinion means more than hers.

The company should fire the cry baby liberals and rehire people that believe everyone has the right to free speech.

If you don't like what someone says you have the right not to listen, you don't have the right to get them fired to shut them up.

Which is the absolute most asinine thing they could have done. No one knew her name. No one knew who she was. And no one knew where she worked.

So what they DID do is put their companies name out there as woke in order to draw the admiration of the bleeding heart blood thirsty cancel culture leftists while angering score of others.

Which no doubt endeared the company to the rabble... who don't buy their services in the first place.

Exxxactly...I would challenge most people to name more than 2 home mortgage companies other than banks.

The majority who can't afford bubble gum, much less real estate.

I read on dailymail.com that she said several bigoted things on her book of faces for some time.

The Daily Mail has been widely criticised for its unreliability, as well as printing of sensationalist and inaccurate scare stories of science and medical research, and for copyright violations.
