What happened with that project? There was a bunch of videos last year... crickets this year. Haven’t seen Basilio (?) at any matches lately. Anyone know?

Basilio got a different job and had to move away.

Tilley is doing a thursday evening all steel match. Super fun. Fairly limited movement.

Chris makes it a challenge so there's some tight little 3-4" plates here and there. Fun, goes pretty fast, and not a lot of running in the heat.

This a noob-friendly type thing? Don't GARA about competition, just wanna work on/improve my skills & I work ever Sat & Sun, so can't get to vast majority of matches.

Yes, but challenging with a pistol. If you are comfortable with drawing from a holster, and a little movement. I'd say if you have some rust, learn fast to accept a few missed plates and slow times and just have fun.

There will be some real good shooters there. Chris will likely shoot.
It's a laid back feel though. Chris's private range. A bit rustic. It's nice to be able to watch Chris shoot, too.

I might go and shoot my PCC. Rusty with pistol myself!

He usually has matches on the 2nd Saturday, and occasionally on the 4th. Because he shoots for a living, and travels internationally to do so, his match Schedule is fluid. If he's traveling on a 2nd Saturday, he will change it to a 3rd Saturday. For instance, he's having a match this weekend the 5th Saturday and another in 2 weeks. He is also hosting IDPA matches on one of the Sunday.

Watch his Facebook page and you'll get frequent updates. If you were interested in shooting his match this Saturday, look up Goshoot in Practiscore. I'll be there.

SuoerGrandChamp might not be a thing much anymore, but Tilley's matches will be around for a while.
