Most people will not hot swap QD adapters on the suppressor bodies, and will use Rockset compound to ensure they don't back off. The idea is to buy muzzle devices for each gun and use a single ecosystem/mfg for that. I was wondering if anyone has any input on suppressor backoff. Would you says it's an on going issue and if a product was developed to solve it, would it be something you would pay for?

Just remember to use a torque wrench. This ain't amateur hour ya know.

If you take the proper precautions, it shouldn’t be an issue with direct thread.
Rimfire and pistol cans are fairly universal. Centerfire rifle cans are where the QD systems come in, and a majority of them have gone to a HUB system with the Omega thread pitch…so mixing brands isn’t an issue.
You seem to have little experience with cans, and for some reason are trying to fix a problem that most people don’t have.

Painting the whole thing orange is usually the best bet. Or at least the pesky baffles if the aesthetics aren't to ones liking.
