I'm confused as to how you see this as a win. Can you elaborate?
 
Um...I was thinking if the supreme Court overturns the NFA, suppressors , machine guns, SBRs etc would/could be outlawed all together.
Forget the registration....we couldn't "legally" own them at all...


Am I missing something?

I was equally as lost, but get your point now. However, I disagree because when the SCOTUS makes a ruling they provide a lengthy and typically in-depth written decision with it that becomes law.
In order for them to overturn the NFA, they would have to provide language about WHY and that language would likely prevent any mass ban.
