Anyone ever have this happen? I ordered a x300u light for my Glock 41 from Battlehawk Armory. It came no problem and didn’t open the package for a few days and when I did the batteries were missing. At first I thought that Surefire couldn’t be that cheap to not include batteries with a couple hundred dollar light, but confirmed on the package that it indicated they were included. Next I thought maybe because the purchase price was so low that the seller did not include them. I reviewed the order and did not see anything that indicated as much. Sent the company an email stating the batteries were missing from the package and they responded immediately that it was “odd” and that they would send me some. Next message was a tracking number for them a couple minutes later. Good customer service (although they haven’t yet arrived). Thought I’d share to see if anyone else has encountered this.
