Survey's in the mail

of late I'm getting bombarded with surveys in the mail.
one that says it's from the census bureau .
it's a national crime victimization survey
if you read the fine print on the back it say I'm not legally required to participate.
of course Im not.
today I received one from noaa on nc outdoor activity.
this one really teed me off.
with their survey they include two one dollar bills I guess to guilt me into completing their stupid survey.
I'll be returning their blank survey and their two dollars .
I don't know if a online retailer selling my info or what.
anyone else receiving this crap?

I do. I fill them out with the most anti-left spin I can, and then I send them back in an envelope from a different survey.

Keep the $2 just for your wasted time. Return the blank survey only if it came with preaddressed and postage paid envelope. Otherwise? Circular file.

Just tape the prepaid return envelopes to something nice and heavy like a cinder block and mail it back. They're on the hook for the postage.
