HTP how do you recon they can say the Gotenna Mesh has 40-60% more range than a GMRS radio? I'm guessing they count end to end in the mesh and I think to be fair you have to count point to point.

No truth in advertising - like 36 mile FRS radios. Your mileage may vary, if you aren't in outer space.

Speaking of CB and 11m, W4AYO has mentioned several times that 11m is or was a good DX band. While it may be out of the CB norms if this is true, it could be a decent distance band. CB is probably as close to the performance of ham you’re going to get without going to ham.

When you want to know the conditions of 10m, listen to CB because it's busier many times. CB is identical in capabilities to 10m ham band. I like the 10m FM repeaters when the band is open.
