Do you know these guys?
They didn’t come to my “ front “ door. They came into my courtyard thru a little opening from the driveway.

Didn’t leave a business card, no name on shirts, no name on the Silver sedan they were in.

Sherriff notified.
Prolly nothing.
If I find out who they are, I’ll be talking to the boss about educating in identifying themselves.

The neighbor across the way has a PD Car in his driveway. If they drove around they would have seen it.
I dont think it was anything important. maybe Roofers, underhouse sealers, tree trimmers... something like that.
Terminex and the Gas company were called, not them. Called Town Hall too. they have no one out either.

next time they get this

My house is situated funky such that GPS often times takes folks to the road that runs behind my house. Several times, I've had people come through the backyard, which means through a stand of pines, across the yard, through a gate and up onto our deck, to knock on the back patio door. No driveway, no sidewalk....

The last one was someone working for the census takers...he scared the snot out of my kid by just appearing on the deck and looking through the glass door. I laid into him pretty good, especially after he tried the "But, I'm with the government..." line.

reason enough to to choot em

I’ve never seen two dudes who look more like plain clothes cops than those two.
That was my first thought. But 99% have gun and badge on belt.

Other option, kinda muscular, carrying some extra pounds, middle aged, tradesmen that moved into the office. Bosses are always lost.

Check the shoes ... LEO vs business casual type ... same for watches. I also check for clips on pockets ... a knife or flashlight. The belt and any possible printing around the waist from misc gear.

Dude in green:

Thumb hooked through his belt loop. If he had a duty belt on like he’s had before, he’d have that hand wrapped around it. Habit...no duty belt, but hand goes right to the spot where’d it be if he had one on.

Dude in blue:

Yeah...he works out, but his lats ain’t that damned big for him to be walking around with his arms all bowed out like that.

Them are cops.

I can't really tell, but the last pic it looks like the green shirt has something tucked in the belt in the small of his back.

From their interest in your flower bed I chance a guess of a neighbor reporting evil weed growing thereabouts.

There’s a funky hatch there to get under the house. It looks pretty hokey.
They were impressed with my handy work.

If they were carrying IWB, wouldn’t they want their shirts untucked? Imagine trying to face The Wizard from IWB with a shirt tucked into the pants.

It will skip 10s forwards and back, but still won't play continuous.

What next?
Probably time for what they call a “hard reboot”.

It’s better if the boot has a thick heel.
