I also noticed that because I tend to be slightly turned when I push off the wall, my left quad is larger than my right. Enough to notice anyway. Been trying to focus on being flat to the surface on push.

The latest potential spy actually asked for a picture of me in my swim suit. I told her that would not be good to see right before eating dinner. [emoji23]
Still can't see my 6 pack abs. [emoji16]

Going to try and stretch my distance record to 20km during this coming China trip. Should take about 7.25 hours.

Checked my stats in Garmin Connect.
For October, my total swimming miles was 104. That's the highest since I bought my Garmin.

My current running 12 month total swimming miles is 860.2
Some of the China trips didn't allow for swimming due to where they put me up.
Once I replace those months I expect to s4 a 12 month total that is over 900 miles.
Not bad for an old fart.

Tonight I will break the 900 mile mark for the rolling 12 month total.
The pool here is 22m
I'll swim 6600m minimum.
That will put me at 903.3 miles.
Not bad for someone who started actually swimming (as opposed to splashing at the beach) for fitness after age 50.

Loved swimming as a kid. Swam competitively until about age 17 when I developed a consuming love relationship with Mary Jane, and all my virtues sort of withered away. I would like to find a good reasonably priced pool in which to do laps, since breaking my ankle has left me unable to run. Swimming is a fabulous exercise. Kudos to you.

The YMCA is one of the best options for gyms with a pool.

My wife Ron a picture of my sun burn line.
I noticed that I no longer have an upside down light bulb shape at the back. Even a slight V from all the swimming.

Rockin the farmer's tan. [emoji1787]
