T/C Encore or Contender

Can I purchase a T/C Encore or Contender pistol and file a form 1, can I then use short barrels with the shoulder stock. Will I be able to swap it back between pistol, rifle, and SBR configuration.

I was thinking of building an Encore rifle in 460 S&W with a 12" barrel.

I've got a Contender SBR. This is it with a .22lr barrel on it.

I've got a short .30-30 and 44mag barrel that I use with that folding stock too.
