My TS22 started having issues and when I took it apart I saw the extractor was bent all crazy. Since I had just taken it apart to clean it the day before I assumed I screwed it up.
Couldn't find the part on their web site or Brownells so I emailed tacsol and asked what the part number was so I could order it. The offered to just send it to me free, no questions asked. Then they FEDEXed it to the house. That's way over the top.
So if you find yourself in the same spot, either order TSGCON-00454 for 98 cents, or just email them.
