Talk me out of buying a Taurus!

My dad should have bought a S&W vs the cheaper Rossi and now we have inherited a crap gun that has a cylinder that binds and it will cost too much to fix. Think about your children and do not buy a Taurus.

I like it. Buy a S&W, it's for the sake of the children!

While I've only owned two Tuarus's, PT92 and a 431 .44 Spl 3" blue. Both of those worked 100%. However recently a friend brought his Judge over and it was misfiring 3 times out of 5 in the cylinder, shot several cylinders worth and did the same everytime!

I LOVE MY TAURUS's and they are accurate and perform flawlessly. And I have two because why pay three times as much for a glock when my bullets get there the same time yours do.

I shoot 240gr hollowpoints out of my taurus 9mm and at 100 yards it does this to iron. I load mine hotter than a glockenspeil

This is the actual recovered bullet. Not deformed at all and I will probably reload it. These special Taurus rounds run around 3500 fps compared to a glock at like 1100 maybe.

I've got an M85 that new outta the box the cylinder would spin while the hammer was pulled all the way back! LGS said it was probably just a piece of cosmoline or something. BS!!! I had them send it back 3 times before they replaced it! Can you say split lead!? Not this boy!
Now I'm scared because I recently bought a Taurus model 85 revolver! Do I dare even fire it? I'm looking to buy a semi automatic soon....any suggestions....under $225 please!

With the rebate and low selling price over at PSA and other retailers I was thinking of grabbing one, maybe two of the little M85 .38 spcl. These would probably be knock around pieces, but may carry one, depending on how I felt about them.

So.... Talk me out of it and save me some $$$$!

Don’t do it.
