Tank leak repair

Got it running...poorly.
Will only run with choke on.
Front cylinder is running so rich that raw fuel is dripping out if the exhaust.
Seemed to idle ok'ish, maybe a little high.
So carbs need adjusted for sure.
I will order a tank seal kit now that it's running. Will feel much better running it from the tank instead of the funnel.
 
Someone recently posted a pic of a pants load of motorcycle gas tanks. I think they inherited a bunch of bike parts left over from a dealership. I’m unable to find the post.
