Nine year old boy is robbed at gun point at his lemonaid stand. Big money robbery and brave to take on a little kid. Robber ran into the woods disposing of camo, black BB gun, and tin container that once had the money in it. Wanna bet the family unit is no where to be found? I’m sure convenience store robberies are in the robbers future. Even small children cannot escape the brutality of this new America.

The BB gun likely cost more than he stole.

Umm, I'm going to go out on a limb here and venture a guess that he stole that too.

Probably, but it seems lower risk to steal and sell a BB gun than to steal one and commit armed robbery with it.

Brinks truck
Wells Fargo
Walmart

Nay, going big time. Lemonade stands. This low IQ inbreeding will never end and neither will the willingness to parent a kid in these inner city dumps.

The most shocking thing about this story isn't the armed robbery of a 9yr old's lemonade stand. No, even more shocking is that the news reported the race of the perp for a usually-protected-race perp, rather than just referring to him as a "teen" or a "youth".

Of course, this is local media. Any national media that ran with this would scrub that bit of info. Presumably they think doing so will leave this identifying characteristic a total mystery to their audience - as if their audience is devoid of any powers of observation (well, if they're liberals, they might not believe their own lying eyes) or any familiarity with crime statistics.

The Charlotte Observer ommitted that part.

Isn’t a fake/B.B. gun treated just as if you had used a real gun?

Let’s set up another Lemonade stand,
And set up a sniper blind in the bushes...
Hell yeah.

Note: Lowes bough the kid a $1100 riding mower as he also cuts grass. Someone started a gofundme for him and raised almost $500. Not much for trauma for life but he is a gamer and set right back up in his lemonade stand. Me, I'd like to see money contributions to go toward a nice BLACKGUN. With 30 rounds of ammo of course.

Fixed

They caught the knucklehead that robbed him. Charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon or some such.

Is this a “how he gonna get his money fo clothes” story. Reminds me of a kid on my football team I coached. By 10 he had done three crimes he got caught at. By 15 he had robbed a convenience store (BB gun). 16 assault and battery. 19 drugs. 21 he is in the county jail for murder. I had two kids I coached in two years in football that are up for murder charges right now. Three years have passed and no trial for either yet.
