toxic exposures will now get you enrolled into va healthcare, i dont have exact info yet (and its not live, 5 March 2024), but things that you used to have to file a claim over (radiation exposure from weapons handling, burn pit exposure, dust storms, stateside chemical exposure, participation in contingency ops) will now get you enrolled.

those of you that were rejected due to income in the past, i encourage you to look into this.
 
adding exposure to: asbestos, jet fuels, fire fighting chemicals (honestly the list seems endless at this point and it would appear that the only people that wouldn't qualify, as long as they can prove exposure, are pure paper pushers).

if you were, id get with a vso now and submit a request to vba to have them run a 1117/1119 check on you, or a tera memo (that goes into greater detail and itemizes all the occupational/environmental hazards you were exposed to in service)
