Yeah. I've had my fill of turkey. I've been meaning to make a beef wellington. Never had one. Maybe for Christmas.I did a corned beef brisket in a cast iron dutch oven last year for my FIL Irish buddy. It disappeared faster than the turkey. Beef is a good contrast to the turkey.
