The Equilizer

Yeah Ed Woodward was a unique actor.....Breaker Morant and The Wicker Man were just a couple of excellent performances by him......His great voice and command presence were clearly event in his portrayal of the Ghost of Xmas future in George C. Scott's version of A Christmas Carol.....My favorite version of the Xmas classic.

The Wicker Man. Britt Eklund's dance? Woo Hoo!

He didn't come for help. He came for permission.

I enjoyed the movie, Denzel rules, Im not sure if he's ever given a bad performance.

Well....I've got to love a movie with a main character who can appreciate the value of a good hefty one handed hammer.
:)

Yeah a framing hammer brings a bit of authority to the argument. just like in the movie "Drive"...

NSFW

I liked the first one because Denzel didn't use guns to take out the Russian mafia thugs. With the exception of the very first kill where he used the thug's own gun to kill the low level pimp and the end where it's strongly implied he used guns to take out the boss' security, I liked how he used unconventional means to clean up the baddies. Pump nail gun FTW!

This one seems no different than any other action flick. I suppose he has to fight off the mercs any way he can but I prefer the badass hand to hand melee stuff.

Agree with EC, he uses any and all items within reach with extreme situational awareness.

I watched.this tonight, i was disappointed, it.wasnt terrible, but not as good as.the first .
