So, I like odd and unusual when it comes to the firearms I own, and about a year or so ago I found a BSA manufactured, Australian Martini Cadet rifle (formerly chambered in .310 Cadet) that's been rechambered in .357 Magnum, had its barrel bobbed slightly and the rear sight removed and replaced with a scope base and 1X scope.

The work done is first rate, the only sticking point is the trigger is awful, lol. It's heavy, and doesn't seem to break consistently.

But, that being said, if you do your part, it's accuracy is better than anticipated.

The scope it came with is a Nikon Buckmark 1X20......
Consider it, your eyeball with a duplex crosshair...
Its getting replaced soon.... I just need magnification.

Anyway, today's fodder was Fiocchi 158 grain TMJ at 50 yards. If I do my part, it puts rounds one on top of the other, if I dont, I'll throw them all over, damn trigger........

But it was a good bit of fun shooting this little popgun.........

My pops had one chambered in 32-20- it was full length and quiet, but was not very accurate. They are neat little rifles!

As far as accuracy goes, with the one power scope, it's a bit of a pain, and the trigger is pretty bad. But when I do my part, it'll cloverleaf. But that damn trigger.....

I’m so glad she found a good home. I honestly didn’t notice the trigger USMC but look over on the Rimfire Forum. As accurate as .22 Martini’s are the triggers must be able to be worked on. 847FB69E-0093-4252-8ADE-351299D031BF.jpeg
