    My new Yoder has come in and when I get back from vacation I’ll get to go pick it up. What say thee ‘cue experts as to what should be the first cook? Ribs, chicken, brisket? Something different? We’ve done a lot of butts this year so that might be out. Give me some ideas for the virgin run.
