Pretty cool with the adjacent small grass strip airport.

Menu looks good. Just down 24 from me...about an hour one way. I’ve been through Carthage, but never stopped.

Well worth the stop. I won't claim to have the most refined taste in barbecue, but it's the second best barbecue I've ever had (a close second behind the culinary masterpiece of a fellow at a church I used to go to).

Just went for the first time a week ago. I'll be spending a lot of time in that area so hope to sample some more food. Turkey sammich was just average. Need to go for dinner and gorge myself on the good stuff before I decide how good it is. Looks like a really cool joint though.

I flew in there about 15 years ago. Good BBQ.

Try to get by when I go home. Grew up in Carthage, but left before the Pig opened. Very good food.

I recommend it. Excellent pulled pork. Inside or outside tables. Most of those flying in from the north fly right over my farm and I kinda know when the old restored, replica's. ,military types are coming in.

My dad flies there all the time. Sometimes a round trip just to eat a sandwich.

Sometimes you get to see some really cool stuff.
