Interesting!

Not very aesthetically pleasing. Fairly clunky from a deign standpoint. Would like to try one.

Just what the world needed.... one more gimmick to bolt on an AR.

I am a bit too old now to crash the whole 'Tupperware tactical' scene, so I really cannot provide a practical review of this particular product. However, I worked with one of the owner/developers of this product while they were still doing the R&D and they are all veterans and good guys. Unlike a lot of other people out there, I wish them success with their business. Like most other gun products/accessories, this one may not be for everybody. But I do know a few folks that shoot some 3-gun/tactical stuff that have tried these and they all seem to like the way it works.

i think if they can add a laser and a tool kit, lot of you guys would change your tune.
Also, optional night vision anti aircraft range finder might be useful.

I can see what they are trying to do....watching how many comp guys use their lead hand it is mimicking how they hold the rail. Ugly I agree but as opposed to gripping the rail it might be an option instead of the vertical foregrip.

Makes me think of reactions I have heard of thumbrests for race guns when they came out.
Nearly every open gun has one now!

I want to find one used.

Across the board, every review written by people who have actually tried the thing (don't get me wrong, I am sure that all of the uninformed, neophobic eye rolling being bandied about here is just as valid as actual experience) seems to be absolutely glowing.

you know, you can have petty much the same grip with a cheap afg...
or a vfg and putting your thumb on top of the rail.
or anything with a 9o'clock section of rail to rest your thumb on.
and none of those are a giant knob hanging off your gun to catch on everything and block your view

not a bad idea, just a $100 solution to a problem with multiple (better?) cheap/free solutions.

I like it as I do not use my bipod enclosed vertical grip which feels strange. Vertical grips feel unsteady for me.

Edited to be less smart ass-y

A handful of internet reviews are one thing, but go ask the top level 3 gun shooters or the top level Hostage Rescue guys if they are using it.
The proof is in the pudding, not the ingredients.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

They need a new slogan....
The Ryker Fist Grip, grab your rifle by the balls.

Bro, are you one of the designers? You seem very touchy about this product....

Because of this response? I was honestly laughing at Dr. Scary Guys post.

Sometimes it is hard to convey a sense of levity with posts. I really don't get my panties in a wad over much. I respect purists. I also respect innovators.

Personally, I haven't been a gun owner for long enough to feel married to any traditions. Everything looks potentially interesting to me.

That said, I completely understand irritation at problem-less solutions. Every time time an app or operating system decides to institute "improvements", I throw a private hissy fit.

I can't see it.

Is that anything like G.I. Joe with Kung Fu Grip?
That's because your wayback machine isn't working. OP was from Jan 2018.

Think of a door knob mounted to the side of the rifle, toward the muzzle, as a grip.

That has to be the most useless piece-o-shite I have ever seen bolted to a rifle.
