I have a Charter Bulldog in .45 Colt.
I carry it sometimes and never feel undergunned. I carry a QuickStrip or two full of 225 gr. LSWC.
It rides in a Sourdough Silver Dollar holster (not the one shown) and is a great shooter.

If the bulldog came in 45 ACP and was cut for moon clips I’d buy today. The pitbull seems cool with its rimless rim grabber doodle, but I want moon clips.

I've got a 45 ACP Charter that"s my car/carjacking gun. No brass flying around if fired inside the vehicle. I added pachymyer grips and I think it recoils softer than the 44 I had. I like the cost and availability of the 45 ACP versus 44 too.
