Thoughts and Prayers 3/23

Will start today a novena prayer for the intercession of St. Peregrin towards your intention, Jerek.

Jerek, its rare that I post but you need to know you can beat it.

It was Aug 2013 for me...Hodgkins Lymphoma (Cancer)

Monday of this week made 4yrs since Dr. Hurd at Baptist gave me the news of "you are in remission".
Stay positive. Keep your faith and do what they tell you at Baptist.

When I told my boss it was cancer and that I was scared for my family, he just said:
"its time to get mean and fight...you CAN beat it!"

And you can.

It's already been said a hundred times but I'll say it again, we'll all be thinking about you and your family and be here if you need anything.
Everyone, unless something's changed you can also register for the bone marrow registry when you donate blood.
 
Jarek, we've never met FTF but we're all with you on this one. Prayers for you and for those around you until further notice. I too will be glad to do what I can for you and/or your family. Just let us know and we'll help out.

I just signed up at BETHEMATCH.org . I will get my cheek swab kit in 3-7 business days. I hope others will sign up and donate bone marrow to people like Knifeman32, as needed. If we were all in the registry, there would be no need for men and women like our friend Jerek to worry. We could LITERALLY all heal each other. Let's do this!
 
I’m going to start by saying I’m glad to see such a site expecially this day in age where everyone can stand up help out give without expecting anything in return and put there faith in the right hands. 2nd off you and your family will be in my family’s prayers and we all really hope everything goes great. Hang in there your in good hands

Hate to hear this. It's obvious by the responses here as to what kind of person Jerek is. Only met him once when he stuffed a gun back for me at a gun show until I could get there to purchase. Seemed like a genuine hard working guy. I hope that everything goes as well as possible big guy.
 
I saw you at the Hickory show just last weekend I believe it was. You were busy doing a 4473, I hate I didn’t say hello and shake your hand. We’ve met before, a few years back.

It took me less than 10 seconds to like Jerek on first meeting- my thoughts and prayers are with you.
 
Just saw this man i am sorry to hear it and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers brother you mean a lot to this community. Stay strong and we will be here if you need us.
