I know forums everywhere are flooded with negative experiences, so I wanted to share a positive experience and give a shout out to Stealth Gear USA. I bought one of their Ventcore holsters in November 2016 and love it. Most comfortable IWB I've ever owned and I much prefer it to the leather hybrid options since I don't wear an undershirt. I haven't carried it every day, but at least 4 days a week since 11/2016.
After almost 5 years the banding around the edge had a tear and the backer in the holster had a permanent crease. I wouldn't call these warranty issues as much as wear and tear, so I emailed them asking if I could buy just the backer and reuse my shell and belt clips. Rather than offering one for sale, they are shipping me a free one and moved it to the top of their production to-do list. That's above and beyond on a nearly 5 year old holster in my opinion.
