I tried both extensively before buying the CZ457. I use mine for a local benchrest competitive match series as well as mini-palma.
My shooting mentor has the Tikka, is an accomplished benchrest marksman, and counseled me prior.
I did also include the Bergara in the decision matrix, as at the time Mr West's had all three for me to look at.
The CZ has far better aftermarket support but a seemingly wider 'barrel lottery' spread. That's not very scientific a measurement, I'll grant.
No regrets. I would like to sometime go to a chassis from my current stock but I'm in no hurry.
For the 2024 competitive season, I will be adding a new challenge or two before I think about any major upgrades.
