Managed to grab a couple vids of my oldest shooting steel at 200 yard. They both shot some at summer camp. And apparently Lauren was the best rifle shot at camp that week. So they both had their interest in shooting perked back up. Gotta strike while the fire is hot so this is the second trip to the range to shoot. And I've been having her shoot 200 yards a good bit.
With the .22. FVSR, BSA scope, CCI sv.
Been working up a load I like for the 300 BLK. Sighted it in for that load on Sat. And finally got her to get behind it and shoot some. She seemed to like it. And got some good hits on the steel.
And I ended the day pushing the FVSR out to 300 yards.
Shot the 300 BLK at 100 yards a few times to figure out which reticle to use. This one will work.
50 yards.
For reference, this is the 200 yard steel plate Lauren was shooting.
Good times. Next time out we are doing handguns.
