That feller over there on arfcom form 1'd (IIRC) a grenade spoon. They approved it, he build the grenade, then they decided to confiscate it (or a part of it), then commenced to making his life a living hell with additional storage requirements when attorneys got involved (IIRC they didn't revoke his stamp).

Its been a few years, maybe a new examiner would slide one through for ya.

I had heard about the form 1 DD on the spoon, but not about that follow up. yikes.
i got disapproved on the form1 machine guns back just after when people were able form1 a trust because a trust is not a person... still not sure how the ATF is ignoring laws like that...
