The CoTCCC has released the latest list of TCCC-approved tourniquets. The list is official as of today (5/6/19):

I have zero experience with the TMT. None. The others (and the gen 6 CAT) are good to go; I prefer the SOFTT-W but cannot give a nod toward one or the other. To me they are equally fine.

I don't know where to get them locally, but I would not get it on ebay. Too much history of fake TQs. Go to a reputable provider like North American Rescue, My Medic, Chinook Med, etc.
