On second thought, if I had the means it would be a great place for some kind of public retreat. Covertly, it would be a good holdout place.

there was a thread about this a number of months ago. Prepper group fell apart, now they’re liquidating. Nice piece of property with a Lotta good assets but too many people know about it.

Over the years, I was associated with a number of "prepper" groups from all over the state, mostly on an advisory basis. All of them fell apart. I wonder if this place belonged to one of them.

So, what's the thoughts on the water storage rack? I look at that picture and have to wonder how sturdy that is- I mean, we're talking 2200lbs of water for each tote, if those are 275 gallon totes.

Looks like a real opportunity. Alot of the real Hard stuff is done. A good opportunity for 2 friends. 3...there would be problems.

50 acres would be a minimum size for 1 extended family.
Multiple families could get crowded quickly.

Looks like a bargain at $600K. Pretty cool just to look at and go what if. I want acreage and a double wide but I have to get a divorce first.

Just a thought, but if you were to use this property for its intended use as a survival retreat during whatever type of emergency. Would you be worried about having to defend it given that so many people know about it and know what assets are there?
