Transfer to trust

Someone with more knowledge than I have will be around shortly to correct any errors in what I am posting.

It is my understanding that yes an NFA item that I own as an individual can be transferred to my NFA trust but I will need to pay a $200 per item for a new tax stamp to do it.

Correct.

$200 via a Form 4.

Since you’re the transferor and transferee, you maintain possession the whole time. No dealer involvement.
