12 O'Clock high was a very good military movie that the navy used in LMT (leadership management training ) check it out if you have never seen it

It was shown as a leadership training movie in a management certification program I took years ago.

I watch it when I live on Guam in the sixies.

I took that Navy leadership class as an Ensign in 1986. They showed the movie the last day, and afterward we discussed how the movie showed the things we had learned that week.

But when I watched U-571, it crossed my mind that it also could replace 12 O’Clock High in that training class.

It's a great movie. A classic. When I was in Navy leadership school we watched We Were Soldiers.
