If there is a shooting and no one really saw it, did it really happen?

I guess in a case like that it really can't hurt to de-fund the police.

I used to live in CLT. Moved out. There used to be word of honor from the gangs to the locals, you snitch, you pay the price. It's tough to live in the hood.

No doubt it's a tough life. However, the video of the riots etc. has me thinking that some of the residents bring it on themselves.
