Got my campsite already. Was wondering about nice things to do other than eating, fishing and shooting near Nags Head. Any suggestions for a couple on their 38th anniversary?

We've started making a campground trip to Hatteras an annual thing. Bi-annual so far.
See the lighthouses, there's a wreck or two visible from shore. Jockey's Ridge for kite flying, the above mentioned hanggliding, or just walking around. There's a marsh trail or two on the island also for some wildlife viewing, snakes, crabs, fish, and birds is all I ever see. The aquarium back on Roanoke, and the Lost Colony.
