USPSA Spartanburg Nov 4th

Dang. Been tempted to try this. Shot a good bit of IDPA, but I like the idea of a higher round count. Is this a good match for a first timer?

Yep. Most local matches are.

Most definitely, squad 1 wouldnt be a bad choice if you want to laugh.

However, all first timers must go to the 7th stage afterwards and experience THE burrito

Probably won't make it this time around, but may try it out in the future. I like IDPA, and there's a local match this Saturday, but more than likely I'll be spending time withe the wife (maybe at the gun show:). Wish there were more USPSA closer (this one is 2 hours each way).

3rd Sat of the month, Hawkeye gun club in Lake Lure. Very new shooter friendly also. Maybe a bit closer for you

I'm down around Denver, let me know if you want to carpool. It's always the 1st and 4th Saturday of the month. We could meet in Lincolnton if it's more convenient.
