UVA facing backlash for cnacellign the 21 gun salute for Veterans Day.

Doesn't sound like much of a backlash... Plus, who cares? Like the article says, it's Veteran's Day not Memorial Day...

I like to see M14's and M1A's carried with white gloves. Brings me back to a time when young men were allowed to bring rifles to school so they could go hunting immediately after class.
So I care.

Instead to hiding guns, let's bring them to the front and point out the good that men have done using them as a tool.
For instance, liberating Europe from genocide or freedom of religion.

I think we need to take a page from the alternative lifestylers book.

"We're here, we like the tools of liberty...get used to it!!"
 
This is just the very beginning of the amazingly stupid things we will be seeing out of our northerly neighbors. Should be quite a show!

So let me see if I got this right. It would be ok to honor them this way after they are dead but it might cause a panic if done while they are still alive. Fire away.
 
I hear dumb things every day, and that has to be one of the dumbest ******* things I have ever heard...
