Truly Blessed with (5) deer this season so my wife and I are trying different recipes.
I just “cheffed up“ a new recipe that we are going to try.
https://www.missallieskitchen.com/best-ever-venison-meatballs/ These just went into the oven at 375d for 25 min to bake and then let cool.
Then you can freeze them for a later dinner or add them to your favorite marinara sauce over pasta! 🍝
I thought I would share this recipe as I think it will be delicious!

Looks good, thank you for sharing the link. I harvested my first deer this season with some help from a friend and it went from field to freezer. We bought a meat grinder and are going to have plenty of ground deer meat. This looks like a good recipe to try.
