Vigilianties or fed up citizens doing the Governments work?

NC has no "citizens arrest" provisions. I wonder if New Mexico does...(checks duck duck go)... nope. They DO have a series of precedent rulings that a citizen may DETAIN a person in the process of committing a crime.....

... not that the rule of law means much in today's society.

The beauty of getting to the point where The People will act is that we’ve gone way past the point of caring whether or not something is “legal”. Break the systems spine.

Governments only work when they do the will of the people. When citizens have to stop their live's work and do the government's job things get out of hand quickly. We are strong because of our belief in the rule of law but when our government refuses to do their assigned duties as stated by law they should be removed from their positions post haste. To the best of my knowledge all states have a lawful way to remove in a peaceful manner those that refuse to abide by the law. Time for those that are doing the government's work to pool their resources and go after the source of the problem, that being a corrupt government that thinks it is above the law. Law rules.

Police are just citizens, so how can there be no citizen arrest provisions? How can we citizens give powers to government that we do not possess?

Honestly, I wish more people would do this. I think most people are afraid of what the government will do in response to them and rightly so. This could easily be one of the events that finally brings things to a head.

What a bunch of lies. I dont understand how anyone believes a word of that garbage they're spewing.

In one breath, 720 invaders detained in one day, but NG withdrawn because eff Trump

I’ve said it before and it’s worth repeating: government can not have any powers the People themselves don’t posses because if they don’t possess said powers, they can’t bestow it upon others such as government.

I love how the FBI claims the BOrder Patrol does not work with this group BUT they sure appear to be on the videos on the United Constitutional patriots Facebook page.

Also this was posted there too about their leaders arrest

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS : THE COMMANDER WAS A LICENSED BONDED FUGITIVE RECOVERY OFFICER IN UNIFORM IN OREGON WHEN HE WAS ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF A FIREARM AND IMPERSONATING A LAW OFFICER. THIS WAS YEARS AGO. THE CHARGES WERE DROPPED ON HIS WORD THAT HE WOULD LEAVE THE STATE OF OREGON AND NOT RETURN. HIS ARREST TODAY WAS A TOTAL SET UP BY FORMER MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM. THOSE MEMBERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM OUR ORGANIZATION. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY ANYONE CAUGHT POSTING BULL SHIT ABOUT HIS RECORD OR HIS PAST WILL BE REMOVED FROM THIS GROUP AND BLOCKED NO QUESTION.BY THE WAY,THE FBI APOLOGIZED TO COMMANDER FOR ARRESTING HIM.SAID THEY HAD NO CHOICE .THE GOVERNOR OF NEW MEXICO WAS BEHIND IT

I guess instead of rounding them up and handing them over to the Border Patrol they should do what people do on the other side of the border. Dig a shallow pit and hide the dead bodies. That seems to be what the powers that be are driving people to do. The police and government agencies are offering citizens ZERO protection against violent invaders.

If shit keeps going the way it is, I wont be surprised if something like that happens. I feel for the residents and property owners in these border towns,

It’s a long way from detaining to murdering. I would guess that it won’t happen until an armed group comes across the border, then once the shooting starts who knows where it’ll end.

Just to make sure that I understand the language.
A decade ago they were illegal immigrants.
Then they became undocumented immigrants
Now they are asylum seekers.

Going up in Texas they used to be referred to as Wetbacks from swimming the river illegally. There are no illegal guns either, they are just undocumented :D That Rio Grande river has seen numerous invasion forces coming north since 1836, 1845 and 1914-1916! I remember back in the early 80s a band of rebels came across the river and fired a RPG at a train in Texas.

Before that, they were illegal aliens. Still are, in the lingo of the appropriate statutes.

Crap, knew I missed one, and it’s the one I use!

I’m familiar with the term, but I wasn’t clear, I was looking for how the mainstream media referred to them and how that has changed in less than a decade.

Sad that a few ragtags are the only ones standing up against this invasion.

We can’t trust the politicians to do the right thing.

So a few decided to step up, why not thousands?

The job can’t be done without numbers.

I’m busy with my day job.
I’m paying the government to deal with it.
They aren’t trespassing on my property.
It feels like bailing out the titanic with a teaspoon.

What ever happened to the go fund me to build the wall? Maybe use the funds to obtain permission from private landowners to patrol for tresapassers and to raise a militia for that purpose?

from the article... “We do not allow PayPal services to be used to promote hate, violence, or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory.”

Eff Paypal. there is no hate or discrimination in protecting the southern border. Yes, there is intolerance, as law breaking should not be tolerated... the only violence is in direct response to violence.
