The beauty of getting to the point where The People will act is that we’ve gone way past the point of caring whether or not something is “legal”. Break the systems spine.NC has no "citizens arrest" provisions. I wonder if New Mexico does...(checks duck duck go)... nope.
NC has no "citizens arrest" provisions. I wonder if New Mexico does...(checks duck duck go)... nope. They DO have a series of precedent rulings that a citizen may DETAIN a person in the process of committing a crime.....
... not that the rule of law means much in today's society.
I’ve said it before and it’s worth repeating: government can not have any powers the People themselves don’t posses because if they don’t possess said powers, they can’t bestow it upon others such as government.Police are just citizens, so how can there be no citizen arrest provisions? How can we citizens give powers to government that we do not possess?
Apparently the FBI has arrested the UCP leader.

On the orders of the NM governor based on spies in the organization. Then he was released and apologized to by the FBI.But the head of the militia was arrested as felon in possession of a gun and ammo.

I guess instead of rounding them up and handing them over to the Border Patrol they should do what people do on the other side of the border. Dig a shallow pit and hide the dead bodies. That seems to be what the powers that be are driving people to do. The police and government agencies are offering citizens ZERO protection against violent invaders.
It’s a long way from detaining to murdering. I would guess that it won’t happen until an armed group comes across the border, then once the shooting starts who knows where it’ll end.
Just to make sure that I understand the language.
A decade ago they were illegal immigrants.
Then they became undocumented immigrants
Now they are asylum seekers.
Crap, knew I missed one, and it’s the one I use! Before that, they were illegal aliens. Still are, in the lingo of the appropriate statutes.
I’m familiar with the term, but I wasn’t clear, I was looking for how the mainstream media referred to them and how that has changed in less than a decade.Going up in Texas they used to be referred to as Wetbacks from swimming the river illegally. There are no illegal guns either, they are just undocumented That Rio Grande river has seen numerous invasion forces coming north since 1836, 1845 and 1914-1916! I remember back in the early 80s a band of rebels came across the river and fired a RPG at a train in Texas.
CD
I’m busy with my day job.Sad that a few ragtags are the only ones standing up against this invasion.
We can’t trust the politicians to do the right thing.
So a few decided to step up, why not thousands?
The job can’t be done without numbers.
