Make sure Virginia has no outstanding State of Emergency (or similar) that would suspend or restrict concealed carry (like NC used to have).

I can't leave home without going through VA. When I was in South Boston over the weekend very few people were abiding by the "order". One store had a "recommendation" sign out front but very few people were complying.

ETA: After rethinking your post you did say you were going to Fairfax which is a whole different world from Virgilina. Good luck up there.

I was in South Boston on Saturday and noticed the signs on the door. Didn't think much of it until they handed me a box of masks at the Bojangles counter, so I played the game for a couple minutes. What a waste of resources.

Must be a Bojangle's thing. Walmart is plastered with signs about masks being recommeded as is the one in Oxford, but no one is saying you have to have one.
